Fortezza Interiors was founded on a simple frustration with how fit-out projects usually work: design studios that don’t build, contractors who don’t design, and MEP teams brought in too late to matter. As an interior fit out company in Dubai, we built Fortezza to close those gaps one team responsible for the interior design, the carpentry and joinery, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, we’ve delivered over 200 projects across residential, commercial, and retail spaces in the UAE villas that needed a full reimagination, offices that had to open on a fixed date, retail units that had four weeks between lease signing and store launch.
Every project runs through the same five-stage process regardless of size, because the biggest risk in a fit out isn’t the design it’s the coordination between design, joinery, and MEP. Keeping all three under one roof is how we remove that risk.
